Meet the team behind ReThread
Two builders in Tucson who make websites for small businesses, then keep making them better.
Moaz Elhag
Moaz comes from technical program management at Microsoft and Cisco, where he led teams shipping products used by millions. He understands how technology decisions turn into real cost for businesses. At ReThread, he builds and runs everything behind your website.
Ahmad Taleb
Ahmad has spent a decade building and shipping products at companies like Apple, TripAdvisor, and Fitbod. He knows how products get bloated and where businesses quietly lose money to tools that don't fit. At ReThread, he turns that experience into websites that earn their keep.
How we think about the work
Honesty over polish
We publish what we got wrong alongside what we got right. If the truth is uncomfortable, we say it anyway.
Ownership over dependency
You own the website. You subscribe to the improvement. Cancel anytime and the site keeps working, and it's still yours.
Small fixes over big promises
We don't believe in buzzwords. We believe in finding one thing that's broken and fixing it well, every single month.
Speed over perfection
We ship fast, test with real people, and improve as we go. A working fix this week beats a perfect plan next quarter.
Practical over theoretical
We do research to build the right thing, not to write a report. If it doesn't end in something you can use, we failed.
Sharing over hoarding
What we learn, we share publicly. Other owners shouldn't have to suffer through the same problems we already solved.
Why we started ReThread
We kept seeing the same thing: small businesses paying for websites that got built once and then forgotten.
The site launches, everyone celebrates, and then it sits there. Nobody knows who visits it, what they look for, or why they leave. Three years later it's embarrassing and gets rebuilt from scratch.
We started ReThread because we believed there was a better way: build the website, watch how real customers use it, and make it a little better every month.
You own the website. You subscribe to the improvement. Cancel anytime and everything is still yours. That's the whole deal.
Want to work with us?
We take on a small number of new builds each month. Tell us about your business and we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
